Bay County Library System Board

Board of Trustees:

The Bay County Library System Board of Trustees consists of five members appointed to five year terms by the County Commission for the purpose of governing the operations of the libraries. It conducts its business based on the board bylaws and meets regularly. Please see the 2007 meeting schedule below. Meeting time is 5:30 pm.

Public notice will be posted in the branches if a change is made in the date, place, or time of the meeting.
The minutes of these meetings are stored at the library's Administrative Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. In addition, recently approved minutes are available on our Board Minutes page


The following meetings will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Alice and Jack Wirt Public Library, 500 Center Ave., Bay City, MI 48708
