With the exception of videos and DVDs, materials belonging to the Bay County Library System can be renewed a maximum of two times, provided they have not been requested by another patron. New materials can only be renewed once. Items borrowed from other libraries are subject to their circulation policies. You can renew items in person, online, or by calling any of the branches. find something to read?

February 1st, 2012 Comments off

Many people are contented browsing library shelves for books, magazines or newspapers to read.  Or, you can search our collection on the Library Catalog, which includes other local libraries as well as ours, by title, author, subject or keyword(s).  If you do not find what you are looking for on the Library Catalog, you can search the Michigan Electronic Library catalog (MelCat), which includes collections from many libraries across the state. All of the branches and the bookmobile have staff available to help you find material or advise you on how to find books of a particular genre, similar to favorites you have already read, or about subjects of interest.
