Complete a Library Card Application form and bring it along with identification that shows your current address to any Bay County Library System branch or the bookmobile.  Examples of acceptable identification include a valid driver’s license, current utility bill with your address, or a check with your name and address.

A parent’s or legal guardian’s signature is required for minors under the age of 18.
