THE JANUARY 20, 2010,  BOARD MEETING WILL BE HELD IN THE CHILDREN’S PROGRAM ROOM.

Public notice will be posted in the branches if a change is made in the date, place, or time of the meeting.  The minutes of these meetings are stored at the library’s Administrative Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. In addition, recently approved minutes are available on the Board meeting minutes page.

The following meetings will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Kantzler Community Room of the Alice and Jack Wirt Public Library, 500 Center Avenue, Bay City, MI 48708. The *May meeting will be held in Pinconning Branch Library; **July meeting at the Auburn Area Branch Library and the ***September meeting will be held at the Sage Branch Library.
