Public notice will be posted in the branches if a change is made in the date, place, or time of the meeting.  The minutes of these meetings are stored at the library’s Administrative Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. In addition, recently approved minutes are available on the Board meeting minutes page.

The following meetings will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Kantzler Community Room of the Alice and Jack Wirt Public Library, 500 Center Avenue, Bay City, MI 48708, with the exception of the following meetings: *May 22, 2013 meeting will be held at the Auburn Area Branch Library; *July 24, 2013 meeting will be held at the Sage Branch Library and the *September 25, 2013 meeting will be held at the Pinconning Branch Library.
