SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

September 9, 2005

Ella Jane Martini, Chairperson, called the Special Board meeting of the Bay County Library System Board of Trustees to order at 3:00 p.m. on September 9, 2005 in the Director’s office of the Bay County Library System.

Roll call present:  Derald Adcock, James Davison, Mark Kaplenski and Ella Jane Martini

Excused:                Howard Wetters

Other:                    Kevin Ayala, Pat Kaltenbach, Fred Paffhausen and Eileen Schulz

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

No public input.

Closed Session to consider matters exempt from disclosure under attorney/client privilege (as provided for under PA 267 of1976)

Motion by J. Davison, seconded by D. Adcock, to adjourn for Closed Session at 3:02 p.m. 

Roll call:  D. Adcock –– yes; J. Davison – yes; M. Kaplenski - yes, and E. J. Martini – yes.  Motion carried.

Trustees returned to open session at 4:00 p.m.

OTHER

AdHoc Committee meeting – Fred Paffhausen shared with trustees that he understands there will be a meeting of the AdHoc Committee.  However, he has not been able to confirm this with Dawn Klida, Committee Chair.

ADJOURN

Motion J. Davison, seconded by D. Adcock, to adjourn the meeting at 4:01 p.m.  Motion carried.
