The Bay County Library System sponsors activities for people of all ages throughout the year. These include programs, presentations, classes, and seminars. There are movies for children and teens as well as the “Lunch and a Movie” program for seniors. During fall and winter seasons we present the “Booked for Lunch” program for adults during which authors and reviewers discuss books. There are magic workshops and programs for teens and children. There are many different craft programs for children and teens such as beaded bookmarks, jewelry, sun catchers, coin purses, bird feeders, pumpkin decorating, candles, music CD storage, and origami nesting boxes – just to name a few. Children and teens enjoy Wii programs. For a current schedule check the Calendar of Events for adults, families and all ages, as well as the Library Tidings newsletter.
