Computer Basics Class
Requirements: Mouse skills are not required for this class
Description: Basic operations of a computer, internet & email
Microsoft Office 2007 Word – 3 week series
Requirements: Mouse skills are required for this class
Description: Series covers basics, program layout, menu bar, tool bar & views
Week two – basic editing, cut, copy and paste
Week three – advance formating, adding special characters, numbers, headers & footers
Microsoft Office 2007 Excel – 3 week series
Requirements: Mouse skills are required for this class. Previous experience with MS Word is encourage, but not required
Description: Series covers basic layout of spreadsheets. Inputting data, formatting, adding sheets and different uses for spreadsheets
Week two – sorting data and introduction to using Formulas
Week three – advanced layout, advanced formula usage
Requirements: Mouse skills are required for this class. Previous experience with basic Internet use is required. Students must come prepared with an email address.
Description: Learn the basics of Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, etc.
