Rules of Order is a dystopian novel that tells the tale of Harvey Crowe. Crowe lives in the last habitable high-rise in a wrecked city. He works tirelessly to warn other tenants that the weight of their possessions could bring the building down. As his message seems to go unheard, he realizes that more desperate measures are necessary to save their home.
