Program Description

Event Details

Join Gemini for a family concert featuring original songs, traditional storytelling, demonstration of a variety of instruments, and singing — that’s right, singing! — of classic children’s books to inspire reading.

This highly interactive, sing-and-move-along show is best for children and families.

Gemini is the performing name of twin brothers Sandor and Laszlo Slomovits. Excellent singers and multi-instrumentalists, including guitar, mandolin, violin, several folk flutes, and a variety of hand percussion, Gemini is starting their 49th year of concertizing. (They started when they were very, very young!)

This program will take place outdoors on the library's lawn as part of our Summer Lawn Series, following Meet Up & Eat Up (be sure to RSVP to receive a free lunch for ages 0-18!). Please bring lawn chairs or a blanket. In case of inclement weather, we will move inside to the Kantzler Community Room.
