Join this free, fun, interactive, and informative workshop to help you to get more out of life not matter the season. Bring your friends, families, and co-workers! In this three-part workshop learn how to prioritize your wellbeing and go home with simple tools you can use to improve wellbeing.

*Registering for this program will automatically enroll you for all three sessions: Mon, Feb 13, 20 and 27 from 6-7pm
