The Alice and Jack Wirt library has a variety of equipment for use to assist vision and/or hearing impaired patrons. A Sorenson Relay machine, a Reading Edge Kurzweil Reader, a low vision computer with large keyboard and Zoom Text Vision program, and a Telesensory Atlas 610 for print magnification are all available for use in the library.

Wheelchairs are available at every branch for patron use in the library.
