Mary Spencer will demonstrate virtually through Zoom how to use your Air Fryer to make some delicious desserts, just in time for the holidays.  She will be cooking up Air Fryer Apple Pie Wontons and Air Fryer Mocha Pudding Cakes, demonstrated from the beginning of the recipes to the finished product!  You can cook along with Mary at home using the recipes she's provided here!

Mary Spencer has been a culinary instructor for over 20 years.  Mary learned to cook from attending cooking seminars from acclaimed chefs including Jacques Pepin, Milos Cihelka, Giulliano Bugialli and Nicholas Malgieri.  She has taught cooking classes at a number of metro Detroit cooking equipment stores including Kitchen Glamour, Kitchen Witch, Scottie’s Kitchen and ABC Warehouse. For the past 15 years she has been and is presently the owner of Taste:  A Cook’s Place, LLC, a Northville Michigan cooking school and cook’s resource center.   She has also conducted numerous classes for corporations including Ford Motor Co. and Comerica, service organizations and individuals.  She has been a guest lecturer at the University of Michigan, Sociology Department and Michigan State University.  Her class repertoire includes over 3000 “class tested” cooking presentations covering a wide range of topics.  Her personal library holds over 5,400 cookbooks.
