Join Lisa Treiber from MSU Extension to learn various food preservation methods for items grown in your garden this summer.  This 4 week series will include information on the following topics: Blanching and Freezing, Preserving What’s Left in Your Garden, Too Many Tomatoes and Making Applesauce.

Preserving What's Left in Your Garden

Gardens are peaking, making produce choices abundant. If you are running out of ideas for how to use everything, this class is for you! We’ll discuss freezing, canning and pickling to ensure nothing is wasted and you’ll have delicious food to enjoy later on. Join us for this informative session and discover what to do with what’s left in the garden.

How to Attend

This program will be held virtually via Zoom. Registration is required and limited to 100 devices. Please only register one seat per family. The Zoom link will be emailed before the program.
