Reading Buddies will have the opportunity to engage with a T.W.I.G. Buddy, building relationships and practicing literacy skills.  Children must have some reading ability already as this program does not teach them how to read.

Use your wit, skill, and some lucky rolls of the dice to create characters, fight bad guys, and maybe even save the world. No experience necessary!

Join us in-person at Wirt Library and read to a certified therapy dog.  Ages 4-12 read to a certified therapy dog in a one-on-one timed session based upon registration and arrival at the library starting at 2:00 pm.
