Three mini lessons in one! Join Rachel from Dancing Crane to make sugar or salt scrubs, lip balms, and bath salts from common household ingredients that you can pick up at many grocery stores.

Tai Chi for Better Sleep is led by a certified instructor. Thursday sessions will consist of one hour of Tai Chi followed by a 30-minute lesson on sleep.
