Community meeting rooms are available without charge at all Bay County Library System buildings during library hours to non-profit organizations for informational, educational, cultural, intellectual or civic purposes.  Please read the Public Meeting Room Use Policy to see if your group meets the criteria.  To start the reservation process, please click here.


Study rooms (up to six people) are also available without charge at all branches (except Sage) during library hours.  If you have a small meeting, reading group, or need to spend a few quiet hours doing work, study rooms are a perfect solution.
