The Evening Sessions is a monthly adult program series featuring a fun and engaging mix of presentations, lectures, workshops, demonstrations, author visits, and performances on topics covering the arts, culture, history, science, and more!

Rosie the Riveter

Bailey Sisoy-Moore will present on the history and impact of women war workers of WW2, commonly referred to as Rosie the Riveters. The presentation will include how their name came to be and the scale of their heroic work on the American home front. Time will be left for questions and this presentation is designed to engage guests. 

How to Attend

Join us on Zoom for this virtual program!  It will also be live streamed in the Kantzler Community Room at the Alice & Jack Wirt Library for anyone to drop in to view.
