Prediabetes: What it means and what you can do

The Be Well Practical Health and Wellness Series is an ongoing monthly program that offers participants free access to professional education on common health concerns. Each series session will give attendees practical information and tools that will be useful in their everyday lives. With topics like cooking, grocery shopping on a budget, prediabetes, mental health, sleep quality, and more, there is something for everyone! 

 

In this session, you'll learn about: 

  • What is the difference between prediabetes and diabetes?
  • How to lower your risk of developing type 2 diabetes
  • Healthy eating to promote blood sugar control
  • Setting goals to improve your health
