Have you heard? A lot of really great music came out in 2022, and I’m here to remind you how much of it you can get from your library. We have two main sources for music, CDs (yes we still have awesome CD collections) and the app Hoopla. Each branch has their own physical music collection that is constantly updated with new releases (on top of that you can also borrow music from all over the state through MEL–so that special song you’ve been looking for, we can help you get it). Hoopla is one of our apps that Bay County residents can use with their library card to give them access to all kinds of digital materials including music. And it’s good music. Let’s highlight a few of the most popular pop albums that have come out this year that are available on both CD or Hoopla from Bay County Libraries.
